To access logs on Mac, users must navigate to the following location; "/Library/Application Support/Dashe" whereas USERNAME must be replaced with the machine name. 

Alternatively, users may view the following instructions to find the logs document.

1. Press"GO" and select "Go To Folder.." to access the Go To feature on Mac.

2. Enter "~/Library/Application Support/Dashe" and click "Go".

3. Search for the "Log" text document (.txt)  and double-click to access.

Once opened, users have the ability to troubleshoot potential errors prompted while using Dashe.
